Do you work outside ANZ?
Bouddi is built for Australian and New Zealand regulatory perimeters - APRA CPS, ASIC, OAIC, the Privacy Act, the AU VAISS guardrails and the AI Safety Standard. We can work with non-ANZ entities where the operating reality is ANZ-shaped, but we don't position the practice for jurisdictions we can't defend.
Do I need to choose a practice before getting in touch?
No. Plenty of conversations start with "I'm not sure if this is strategy or governance" and resolve in the first thirty minutes. If you're in that position, just describe the trigger and we'll map it to the right practice - or to both, if that's what the situation calls for.
Are the indicative fees fixed?
Indicative fees are the starting point. Every engagement is scoped against your environment, in-flight programmes, and the artefacts you already have, before a fixed price is quoted. Most clients land within 10% of the indicative, in either direction.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes - happy to use yours, or send a one-page mutual NDA before the first conversation. Either is fine. We don't require an NDA for the first thirty-minute discussion, but we'll volunteer one if the topic warrants it.
Can you co-deliver with our internal team?
Always. Co-delivery is the default - engagements are designed so capability stays in-house. If your business, technology, risk or internal audit teams have capacity, we plug into the model rather than running parallel.
Do you partner with vendors?
No. Bouddi is independent and takes no vendor referral fees, kickbacks or platform commissions. Procurement engagements are structured to disqualify vendors as readily as endorse them - including, on occasion, the platform a client has already chosen.
