Bouddi engagement letters are short, plain-English and benchmark-priced. Each tier has a fixed scope, a fixed fee and a fixed timeline; variations are managed via a one-page change note. Review the letter that matches your engagement of interest.

Prospect FAQ

The questions most clients ask before signing.

How quickly can a diagnostic start?

Typically two weeks from signed engagement letter. Phase 1 framing happens during the gap, so the diagnostic interview programme can begin on day one.

What does Bouddi require from us?

A named executive sponsor, a named coordinator (typically risk, governance or PMO), access to your existing AI inventory and policy documentation if any exists, and time on the calendar for 6–10 working interviews. We supply everything else.

Are the indicative fees fixed?

Yes - within scope. The engagement letter fixes scope, fee and timeline. Variations are managed through a one-page change note signed by both parties before any additional work commences.

Do you sub-contract?

Engagements are led by Michael personally. For specialist work - privacy law, sector-specific regulator engagement - we may bring in a named, NDA-bound specialist with your prior approval.

What if our internal team can do part of the work?

Co-delivery is the default. Where your team can carry pieces of the workload, we structure the engagement to give them the artefacts and method, then validate their output rather than duplicate it. Fees adjust accordingly.

How is confidentiality handled?

Mutual NDA on signing. All artefacts are stored in a client-named workspace with access limited to the named engagement team. On engagement close, we return or destroy client-specific data within 30 days as you choose.
